Our Verdicchio Classico came into being at the historic vineyard located in the ancient Salerna contrada at Cupramontana. A young fresh straw-yellow wine with evident greenish highlights, floral and fruity aromas, typical of the grape type, with a prevalence of acacia flowers, white fleshed fruit and a mineral finish. Rich and soft to the palate, it is well balanced and very drinkable.

A wine that embodies the company’s ethos, and with which we try to transmit our passion for the area, not only through this hand-drawn label but with meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire production chain. Selection of the grapes, vinification in steel tanks and prolonged ageing on lees confer a full unmistakable character. An intense straw-yellow colour with green-gold highlights, an intense complex aroma of yellow-fleshed fruit and acacia flowers, with a decidedly mineral finish. A firmly structured wine with initial softness, a fresh return and excellent lenght.

The birth of Cloe Sparapani, the eldest child of the third generation of the Sparapani family, inspired a great new Verdicchio, obtained from the best grapes and the fine woods of its protracted ageing. Straw-yellow with brillant golden highlights, seductive spicy aromas with hints of essential oils, dried fruit and nuts, candied citrus fruit and delicate vanilla. Particularly exhuberant and elegant in the mouth: full, potent and extraordinarily velvety with a delicate austere tannin finish.

The new Le Terre label is a fusion of a watercolour by Cinzia Tonini, Giuseppe Sparapani’s wife, with the new corporate image of our products. A palette of warm intense colours that reflect the earthy tones of autumn introduces us to the ruby red with garnet highlights of the wine, the intense fruity scent of ripe red fruit and a slight spicy note. A full-bodied soft harmonious wine, gently tannic with good structure.

Gioele is the second son of the Sparapani family, and we have chosen the exuberance and importance of the red wine, Montepulciano, for him. This well-structured wine is produced only in exceptional vintages, with a careful selection of the best grapes and is vinified alone in noble French woods. Intense ruby red with violet highlights, fruity aromas of ripe red fruit jam, rendered elegant by a delicate aroma of violets and a vanilla, spicy black pepper and cloves end note. Round weighty mouth with a velvety tannic austere finish, an exuberant dense deep wine.

The fresh fruity aroma of Verdicchio grapes, brought to the fore by the Charmat second fermentation method with 4 months on the lees is represented in the rich balanced label, where the copper-gold symbolizes the generosity and elegance of his refined brut. Pale crystal-clear straw-yellow with fine persistent white froth. Fruity and floral with hints of citrus and yellow flowers, on the palate is dry, soft, and quite warm with considerable freshness and flavour, and good length.

In a coppery yellow thick glass 70 cl champagne bottle with a black label, like a premium bottle of sparkling wine, Settimio Sparapani has signed this excellent reserve grappa in order to guarantee it. Slow distillation in a current of steam and skilful ageing in oak for at least 18 months is the secret of the harmonious confident scent of this clear slightly golden grappa. Unique softness and elegance, dry and warm due to the alcohol that dissolves, leaving space for vanilla and charred wood.
