DONNA CLOE VINEYARD
DIFFERENT ALTITUDES, SPECIFIC FEATURES, A UNIQUE VINEYARD
ONE VINEYARD, LOTS OF RESOURCES
The Donna Cloe vineyard develops in height on a south exposure wide side and it’s divided vertically from the family estate placed exactly in the center. The different altitudes of the vineyard give the opportunity to select the grapes according to the year, while the size of the terrain offers several types of productions which differ in their freshness, minerality and structure.
The selection of the grapes from this vineyard allows us to produce our Riserva DOCG “Donna Cloe” since 2009, dedicated to the eldest daughter of the third Sparapani generation. Exuberant, full and powerful wine, with a marked apricot fruit that stretches towards a sweet licorice root to close with a light tannic note that elevates its austerity thanks to the refinement in 10hl oak barrels .
